7:30pm to 9:00pm for grades 6 – 8
The first session on March 10 will be held at Rochester High School; all sessions after that will be held at West Middle School

Sonic Volleyball will start a 2nd Fundamentals Camp that will feature the 6’ 2” former Wayne State University Shooting Guard Ron Ashford Tate.
Ron communicated that he is excited to support Sonic’s commitment to community enrichment. Both Coach Ron and Coach Ralph will teach players the skills that helped them compete at the NCAA level.
Ron’s session will focus on Basketball Fundamentals training with intramural team assignment in preparation for competitive play.
